Your input for our reunion effort is a three step process. The steps are:
1) Provide (on this form) classmate directory information & optionally your thoughts
about you, your family and your memories.
2) Make your reservations for the Saturday event, and pay using a credit/debit card via PayPay.
3) Make your reservations by email for the Sunday Golf event. You will pay for golf, cart, and libations directly to the golf course venders.

whether you are able to come to the reunion or not. The deadline for
directory submission is September 10, 2015.
If you need to correct any entry after you have clicked the submission button, you will need to complete this entire
Directory form again.
